Served as a jury member responsible for evaluating more than 200 applications from Québec content creators with national and international reach. Assessed each submission using a standardized evaluation framework and scoring system to ensure a fair and consistent selection process.

Gala Dynastie counts nearly 895 talents across Québec

From 2021 to 2025, I led the census and nomination process for the Dynastie Gala, growing the database from 130 to 895 profiles of Black professionals, artists, and creators across Québec. I redesigned the application and jury evaluation systems, led a team of 5, and oversaw a year-round volunteer community of 150 people supported by a dedicated volunteer lead.
